With a score of 77.22, the agency outperformed the vast majority of 236 tested companies—ranking eighth overall across 25 industries and surpassing major names such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, and DHL.

Social Commitment

Since 2016, the Kurtz Detective Agency has been a proud supporter of the Neven Subotic Foundation. Why this particular organization? Because every single cent donated goes directly to those in need. All administrative expenses are personally covered by founder Neven Subotic.

Large organizations such as UNICEF or SOS Children’s Villages, as of 2017, were investing enormous sums in Google AdWords. When you click on a UNICEF ad to donate €20, that click itself can cost UNICEF another €20—meaning your donation ultimately goes to Google. This model is also well known in the private investigation industry, where it generates unnecessary costs, which is why we refuse to participate. Our rejection of this system is one of the key reasons why our fees remain comparatively moderate within the industry.

The Neven Subotic Foundation follows a very different, more ethical approach than many larger aid organizations. We are proud to continue supporting the foundation in this way—and we will continue to do so in the future.
