Main Investigations: Procedure

Together, we will agree on a suitable starting time for the investigation. From that point on, you will generally not have to worry about anything further. However, should you happen to come across any relevant information, we kindly ask you to inform us. In many cases, this saves a great deal of time—and therefore your money.

We ask that you refrain from making inquiries about the progress of the investigation. All relevant developments will be communicated to you promptly and without request. We work transparently and will not leave you in the dark. However, frequent inquiries can hinder our work. We appreciate your understanding.

Furthermore, please refrain from conducting your own investigations or hiring another detective while our work is ongoing. Doing so could unnecessarily complicate—or even render impossible—our investigative process.
