The work of our investigators is voluntarily conducted — without any compulsory membership — in accordance with the General Professional Code of Conduct for Detectives issued by the Bund Deutscher Detektive (BDD), the German Association of Detectives. All activities are subject to strict confidentiality and the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
During an initial consultation, we jointly review the legitimacy of the investigative claim, the methods to be applied, as well as the expected and maximum reasonable fee level.
For every legal matter, the collection of court-admissible evidence is given the highest priority. This serves the client’s own interest just as much as that of the assigned detective, who may later be required to provide profound and credible testimony in court.
The foundation of our detective work lies in the universality of our skill sets. The pursuit of perfection excludes any narrow focus on supposed core areas such as observation, deduction, concentration, or physical fitness. In order to act optimally in any situation, our detectives are also trained in acting, make-up artistry, psychology, psychiatry, behavioral analysis, and much more. Continuous education and an unending thirst for knowledge characterize the spirit of our investigative work.
